Couples Coaching

Couples and Marriage CounselingEvery relationship can use a tune up from time to time. There are many ways to do this and one is to see a Relationship Coach. Relationships can get stuck in cycles just like individuals can. There are positive things that help relationships flourish and there are energy drainers that will deplete a relationship. It is important to discover what you do naturally that is draining your relationship and simple changes that can be made to turn things around. It does no good to get stuck in, “He said, She said”. Yes, you both have your story, but there is more to both of you than your shared story. I have found that it is not what you know that will hurt a relationship, but what you don’t know.

In order to have healthy relationships we need to be able to establish 4 different
fundamentals in the relationship and practice them on a regular basis

  • Emotional Clarification
  • Know your Value System and Moral Code
  • Be able to Self Reflect and Self Observe during difficult moments
  • Be compassionate and self forgiving

The discipline of these 4 fundamentals is not easy, but they have the potential to
transform relationships and life. These 4 fundamentals are based on the premise that how you see yourself determines how you relate to others
