About Me
I am Debrah Williams, counselor and marriage coach. I have been married for 32 years and have 4 children, 2 are my own with my husband, and 2 from his previous marriage. All our kids are grown and we now have 3 grandchildren. Over the years I have worked in doctor’s offices, restaurants, in management, on staff at a church , and I spent many years working with my husband helping him achieve his goals in his contracting business. My dream was to finish my education and become a professional therapist which I did in my 40”s.
Like most people my life has had many twists and turns that have helped shape who I am today. I am a woman who has had many life transformations and opportunities for growth: I have recovered from a nervous breakdown; suffered verbal, emotional, and sexual abuse; and overcame significant shyness and low self esteem, to move on and get my bachelors in human development and then my masters in counseling.
Counseling is a way that I give back to life! I have been given so much and have had the great opportunity to know and feel what it is like to no longer have the trauma, grief, and pain define who I am. The work to be transformed by pain is hard and at times extremely tiring; however, it reaps the greatest benefits of wholeness and freedom. Pain can be the catalyst to discover all you are met to be.. Please call today to discover how to be fully you!
